The following are general notices for the Riverside Place Owners' Association:
Board of Managers Meeting
A Board of Managers Meeting will take place Saturday, August 6, 2011, at 4:30 PM at 102A Riverside Place, Frisco, Colorado.
The purpose of the Board of Managers meeting is to vote on the following 8 Policies and Procedures. Homeowners may attend the meeting to comment if desired.
- Policy 1-Collection Policy
- Policy 2-Director Conflict of Interest Policy
- Policy 3-Policy Regarding Conduct of Meetings
- Policy 4-Notice and Hearing and Enforcement Policy and Procedures
- Policy 5-Policy Regarding Inspection and Copying of Association Records
- Policy 6-Reserve Fund Investment Policy
- Policy 7-Policy Regarding the Adoption and Amendment of Policies, Procedures and Rules
- Policy 8-Policy for Alternative Dispute Resolution
Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Riverside Place Owners' Association will take place on Saturday, August 6, 2011, at 5:00 PM in the Mount Royal Room
on the 2nd floor of the Cross Creek clubhouse at 223 Creekside Drive, Frisco, Colorado. The agenda follows.
Association Dues
2011 Association Dues will be due on November 1, 2010. Dues are currently $600.

Pleast note that dues not received by 30 days after the due date are subject to a 10% annual dues amount late fee, per month.
